First, who is the Presenter?
"The presenter, Rick Busciglio, is a former broadcast executive,
radio disk jockey, television presenter and international cruise entertainer (Princess and
Celebrity Cruise Enrichment Speaker). He works without a script and involves the audience in
his detailed stories,including anecdotes of the many stars he worked with, or met
in his 45 year broadcast career e.g. Bob Hope, Cary Grant, Rosemary Clooney, Frank Sinatra,
John Denver, Miss Piggy, etc. Audience response has been exceptional.
He has appeared at many senior facilities and clubs a dozen times or more,
At public venues such as libraries, Rick has a growing fan base that travel from
one to the other. He recently started his own internet radio series,
"The Great American Songbook” and writes for www.Examiner.com on

The list of rivers and oceans on which we have presented our lectures
include the Atlantic, Pacific, Mediterranean, Aegean, Adriatic, English Channel,
North Sea, Baltic, Gulf of Finland, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, the Nile, St. Lawrence Seaway,
Canada's Inner Passage, and the Mississippi, Ohio and Tennessee rivers.
What do we offer? Nostalgia
Specifically, 45-60 minute audio/video presentations, or lectures, on a wide range
of entertainment topics concentrating on the performers, the music, the movies
and history of yesteryear. From Jolson to Sinatra, Glenn Miller to
Tommy Dorsey, George Gershwin to Cole Porter, Amos n' Andy to Burns and Allen,
the music of Broadway, Hollywood and London's West End...and much more. Click on the

What is unique about the presentations?
The presentations, or lectures are designed to be "edu-tainment" that are
very interactive. Audience participation, via quiz and comments, is a key part
of all presentations.......ALL WITH AN EMPHASIS ON HUMOR .
The audio and visual support comes from the use of a laptop (or DVD player), tv set or video
projector. See examples in pictures below and in photo gallery. The presentations are
PowerPoint and average 350 "pages." All music is edited to fit the program time requirements.
